Please close your eyes for the next minute or so and take several deep, belly breaths to promote relaxation and bloodflow.  When you are ready to begin please knead your breasts for approximately 30-60 seconds to promote blood flow through them as well.

When you are done please apply a generous amount of lubricant (preferably oil-based) to your dildo/vibrator and insert it into your vagina.  However, if it is a vibrator please make sure the vibration function is “off.”  Unless told otherwise, the rules for the vibrator/dildo are as follows:  it should remain inside of you throughout this segment.  You should be in a position where it can be held in you either through squeezing your legs together, or by its base pressing against the chair while you are seated.  You can squirm, thrust, rock, sway, or do whatever you’d like to move the dildo within you whenever you wish, however, whenever possible we ask that your hands stay off of the toy (in explanation, we do not object to using your hands if needed, however we have found that one’s focus on the segment is more apt to be diluted when the dildo/vibrator is being moved with the subject’s hand).  We highly recommend doing Kegels during the segment, particularly when you see or hear something that is pleasing to you.  Also, the toy shall remain in you throughout the segment.  If it slips out please quickly reinsert it.  This is crucial to promote continued bloodflow to the area.
